subject of childcare, particularly in a foreign country.
Between, you, you demonstrated an absolute commitment to the
highest standards of professionalism, and worked well to alleviate any of our
concerns and to make the entire process of arranging and using your childcare
services as secure, reliable and as efficient as possible.
You were able to offer us a high level of flexibility, not only
when booking, but also whilst in resort, and we were able to make specific
arrangements with Sophie regarding timings and meeting locations, which were
really specific to our holiday needs.
We will ‘OF COUSRE’, be returning to tignes next year, and we will
‘OF COURSE’, be using the fantastic services of snowbabies!

"We had a lovely week in Tignes and Shauneen was
fantastic. I wanted to say a
huge thank you to her particularly, as she made both my girls feel relaxed and
happy throughout our week. Cara enjoyed
getting out on the sledge and we had a wonderful photo of the two of them in
the snow given to us . The bag of toys was a
great idea and Rose was so excited to have her come babysit for us too. Shauneen was professional and enthusiastic
and I wish she could be on hand now I am back home too! She was happy to drop Cara to us on some days
which made it so much easier to juggle Rose's ski school and gave us more of a
chance to ski too. The buggy and snow
suit were great too and we couldn't have managed without them. Thanks to all at snowbabies for helping us
all enjoy our christmas and new year in Tignes."

| "Amy and Ella had a wonderful time with Emma. Amy really looked forward to seeing her and her bag of toys each afternoon. Emma had endless patience and even coped with Amy wanting to paint her face everyday! Amy had been suffering from real separation anxiety but Emma made her feel so special she didn't even notice we had left. We had some great skiing and in the end were just sad we hadn't had Emma for the whole day. she was so great we even managed to escape one evening for our first dinner out since Ella's birth four months ago. The first thing Amy said in the morning "where's Emma". If we could have packed her into our luggage we would have! we've been busily extolling your virtues to all our friends and will certainly be using your services again." |
| "Emma did a fantastic job looking after our 7mth old baby. She arrived every morning with new toys for Chloe to play with and took her out for walks in the pram. She organised her day bag with food and supplies so we could have lunch out in the village and always remembered her essentials and favourite toys. | "I cannot recommend Snowbabies enough for help with the Children during your skiing holidays, the whole service from Donna and her team is absolutely excellent. We had a really good holiday which was made even more enjoyable by your lovely nanny Emma. She was fun with all the kids and helpful around the apartment in getting all the kids ready to go out and at meal times. The children took to her straight away especially our youngest one who thoroughly enjoyed one-to-one attention while the older boys were out skiing, he loved the activities available in Tignes, in particular trampolining and swimming which became regular pursuits! This is the second year running that we have used Snowbabies and I'm sure we will be calling on your services for a few years to come yet!"

| "We brought our two boys -- one aged nearly 4 and the other 20 months -- to Tignes in April 2010 and Marije looked after them. She was cheerful and patient with the kids and also practical, flexible, and resourceful. At the end of each day she communicated clearly how she'd spent the day and how the kids were doing. She was patient with our rambunctious boys in a small hotel room. She brought buckets and spades for building snow castles which made them very happy. My oldest son said he loved her "all the way to the top of the mountain." We would definitely recommend her". |

She was absolutely brilliant and we cannot recommend her enough - she really saved the holiday when one of my kids broke their leg and then the other one fell ill. She was so kind, warm and with her wonderful crafty bag of tricks helped to pass the time so well with them. If we ever come back we hope she'll still be there so we can book her! | "We had a wonderful ski holiday thanks to Donna, in fact it is our best ski holiday since having children. Toni our little girl took to Donna straight away. Donna fetched Toni from our hotel in the mornings and this meant that we were able to be on the early ski lifts up the slopes and have a full morning skiing. Toni was always very happy when we collected her. With the peace of mind that Toni was happy and well looked after we were able to enjoy our skiing and have a wonderful stress free holiday. | "We really relaxed on holiday knowing that our 3 year old daughter was in Donna’s capable hands – despite having a chronic medical condition (Cystic Fibrosis) Madeleine took to skiing like a duck to water and loved every minute of her trip. Donna was wonderful getting her ready for ski kindergarden each day, applying sun cream and delivering her to her lesson on time, watching from a safe distance to ensure all went well, and collecting her for lunch afterwards. | "Just wanted to say a big Thank You to Donna for looking after Charlotte so well. It was our first time leaving Charlotte with a childminder/nursery and I was therefore quite anxious about it. | "We could not have asked for any better childcare when Donna arrived to look after our son while we skied the slopes of Tignes. Going on holiday is never easy when you have a child (age 11) with quite profound special needs –but the moment that I met Donna I knew we were going to be ok. Her smile was enough to melt James’ heart and her jolly and natural approach was just what we wanted. She adapted the day’s activities to suit his needs perfectly and we were delighted that she was able to bring him ‘up the mountain’ to meet us for lunch. Having nudged me in the direction of letting James experience adaptive-skiing, we were thrilled to have her ski with all of us during James’ first experience of skiing and we are so grateful to her for this perfect family day on the slopes. She is a true professional and I would have no problems in recommending her to anyone."

Donna’s role was to care for new children each week allowing parents to have the freedom to ski and relax at their leisure. She worked with a range of ages from 6 months -8 years providing fun activities indoors and outdoors dependent on their interests and age. The feedback from her clients was always very positive. Donna has been described as ‘fantastic, supportive, caring, practical and flexible’ to name just a few. I always found her to be polite, reliable and hard working.
