We understand that travelling abroad with children is becoming increasingly difficult with the weight limits set by airlines and the limited space in cars and transfer vehicles – not to mention the hassle - which is why we now offer a service in resort to make your journeys a little easier. This service is open to everyone, whether they have booked a nanny with us or not, however families booking a full time Snowbabies nanny will have the FREE use of a buggy, sledges and of course toys! We have a broad selection of items which you can pre-order before travelling. One of our nannies will then bring the hired equipment to you upon your arrival in resort and retrieve it on the morning of your departure; minimising your packing and luggage and maximising your holiday experience. Items can be hired as a complete package or as individual articles; naturally, all will be clean and in full working order.

Equipment Hire - Phil & Teds Double

all terrain single or double pushchairwith rain cover, cosy toes & sun cover. no strollers or lightweight buggies will do in a resort covered in snow, so why not take advantage of one of our durable 3 wheeled buggies, all ready and waiting for you in resort (we have both single and double available along & some suitable from newborn)


Equipment Hire - Columbia snowsuit

duck down filled columbia snow suits available in sizes 0-6, 6-12 and 12-18 months all washed weekly in non-bio baby sensitive washing powder, the very best baby snowsuit around and suitable for the mountain winter environment - i'd like to know, do they come in grown up sizes?!


Equipment Hire - baby monitor

angelcare baby monitorthe Angelcare movement & sound monitor makes you feel at ease with all of its safety features. you can use the movement and sound monitor together or just the sound monitor alone. you will need to supply either 4 or 8 AAA batteries for use.

Equipment Hire - travel cot

travel cotwhy travel with a heavy and bulky travel cot when you can have one ready in resort for your arrival? we have a number of travel cots in resort all in good clean condition, and all new for 2009/10 season you will need to bring your own travel cot sheet (standard sz)

baby gymactivities playmat and gym provides interesting toys, inspiring baby thinking and helping provide 'hand-eye co-ordination, extra plastic links included to lower the toys so that littlies can reach too! This item is FREE to all families booking a full time nanny with us, or to families booking a platinum plus package of holiday equipment, and we are sadly unable to hire out baby gyms on their own.

bag of age appropriate toyswe have a toy store with a wide and varied selection of toys, books, puzzles and games for all ages. A bag of toys is offered within our platinum package of holiday equipment, and we are sadly unable to hire out toys on their own.   

Baby Equipment Hire - sledge 

sledges & bum boardsSnowbabies has a selection of sledges and spoons/bum boards on offer for FREE to all families booking a full time nanny with us, or to families booking a platinum or platinum plus package of holiday equipment, we are however unable to just hire out sledges on their own. 
 
Snowbabies advises all children to be wearing a helmet at all times whilst sledging, these can be hired for a small fee from many sport shops in resort. Special terms & conditions for equipment hire We request a €100.00 cash damage deposit for all items on arrival in resort, which is always returned on collection of items when there is no damage and items are returned in same condition. Please note that some items provided will differ from the pictures shown as we have a selection of different items, all items shown are part of our selection available. All receipts contain a disclaimer as we cannot guarantee how you will use/take care of the equipment, and cannot therefore be held responsible for the product(s) in respect of safety issues whilst the product(s) are in your care. In all cases it is your responsibility when hiring equipment that you contact Snowbabies immediately should you discover a fault or potential safety hazard with any of the equipment. When hiring baby monitors, and any other electrical equipment it is ESSENTIAL that you provide batteries and travel plugs, and check the performance of the monitor/equipment at all times.
